The Event

Rugby Round Table 113 cordially invites you to Hi-Tiddle in Sheffield on the weekend of 7th-9th March

The event will be based in the city centre of the fantastic Sheffield, within 2 hours drive for most Area 45 Tablers.

 The weekend includes:

The cost of the weekend, based on two people sharing a room, will be £220 p.p. (early birds get this all for £199!). This includes:

  •  A welcome pack, with various guides and goodies. 
  • A two-night stay in the splendid 4-star hotel, Mercure St.Pauls (slap bang in the middle of the city). 
  • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Transport to and from the mountain walk. 
  • Lunch after the walk. 
  • A gala dinner in the evening. 
  • Various awards and prizes. 
  • Fellowship.

We would encourage attendees to share a room, in the interests of fellowship and to allow the maximum possible number of attendees to enjoy the weekend. However, a limited number of rooms are available on a single-occupancy basis, which will increase the price to £299 for the weekend. We expect these to go quickly so, if you would prefer a room to yourself, please book early to avoid disappointment.

    Tiddle Legacy

    We’ve worked extremely hard to keep the cost of the weekend down and provide a very high-quality event.

    We’re conscious that times are tough, and that price can be a barrier for some. With this in mind, we would ask each Table & 41 club to try and help other members and open a discussion on support that you can offer fellow Tablers (suggest Table and 41 club chairman to champion), making it accessible to all.

    In previous years this has been done by encouraging 41 Clubs attending to subsidise their Round Table to the value of a ticket. This could be done either by paying for one particularly deserving Tabler, or by reducing the cost for all attendees from your Table. However, you decide to do it, our hope is that seasoned ‘Tiddlers’ will do whatever they can to encourage the next generation to join us in Sheffield in March.

    May the fun and fellowship of this very special event continue long into the future!
