Terms & Conditions

I agree to be bound by any rules and regulations, and to comply with any instructions, that Nuneaton Round Table (the Organisers) issue regarding the conduct of Hi-Tiddle 2026 or any other related activity (collectively the Event) organised by the Organisers.

I acknowledge that my personal effects and property are brought to the Event entirely at my own risk, and I am personally responsible for their safety. I release the Organisers from any liability that they may have for the safety of my effects and property.

I release the Organisers from all liability for any claim or demand in respect of damage or personal injury or illness sustained by me: (a) arising from or in respect of my participation in the Event, whether or not caused by the Organisers or any other person participating in the Event and regardless of where the activity is held; and (b) whether or not the damage, personal injury or illness arises from the negligence of or breach of any statutory duty by the Organisers.

I agree to always follow the reasonable instructions of the Organisers and acknowledge that the Organisers may terminate my participation in the Event at any time.

I confirm that I do not have any injury or illness or condition, which could be aggravated by my participation in the Event.

I acknowledge that certain activities forming part of the Event will be of a physical nature and that certain activities may carry the risk of physical injury. I accept without reservation that my participation in these activities is at my own risk, and I understand and accept the nature of that risk.

I acknowledge that the Organisers are not liable for any claim or demand in respect of damage or personal injury, or illness sustained by me because of my participation in any social function or activity forming part of the Event, regardless of whether such social function or activity is arranged, organised, or directed by the Organisers, their members or by any third party.

I understand that whilst alcohol will be available at the Event, I must drink responsibly, and the Organisers will have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, or illness which I may sustain having consumed alcohol. I understand that inappropriate conduct may result in immediate and permanent expulsion from all venues and that such conduct includes, but is not limited to, claims or allegations of verbal or physical harassment of any kind.

I take full responsibility for my own behaviour and for the safety of myself and of others affected by my actions.
